Position Overview
We are hiring a nurse to serve as a core execution driver of daily clinic operations : supporting patient flow, clinical procedures, and patient experience from front to back. This role works closely with our providers and Clinical Operations Managerto ensure smooth, efficient care delivery from the moment a patient walks in to the moment they leave.
We are open to candidates holding active licensure or certification as an RN. Compensation and scope will be calibrated to your credential level and experience.

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM
- Friday: 7:15 AM – 12:15 PM
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Execution & Patient Flow
- Room patients efficiently and prepare them for provider visits
- Perform vitals and accurate EMR documentation
- Keep providers on schedule by anticipating needs and maintaining flow
- Support InBody scans and pre-procedure preparation
Phlebotomy & Clinical Procedures
- Perform confident, efficient blood draws (required)
- Assist with injections, IV therapy setup and support, hormone pelleting procedures, and medication preparation
- Ensure all clinical materials are prepped and ready prior to procedures
Patient Support & Engagement
- Provide clear instruction to patients on injection technique, next steps, and care plans
- Reinforce provider recommendations with confidence and warmth
- Engage patients in conversations about clinic services and offerings
Documentation & Care Coordination
- Complete accurate intake and visit documentation in EMR
- Prepare charts, track labs, and ensure records are complete and ready for provider review
- Help prevent care gaps by keeping patient information organized and accessible
Clinic Operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
- Manage inventory and restock proactively
- Run and maintain autoclave for sterilization
- Complete end-of-day duties consistently
- Support scheduling, check-in/out, and front desk needs as required
What We're Looking For
- Active licensure or certification as an RN in Colorado
- Strong phlebotomy skills (required)
- Active BLS certification
- IV therapy experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and professional patient interaction
- Interest in hormones, weight loss, peptides, and longevity medicine
