Duties
- Greet guests warmly, provide information about pickleball activities, and assist with court reservations and scheduling
- Must have basic knowledge of the game and know how to play the game.
- Monitor court usage to ensure safety protocols are followed and resolve any conflicts or disputes promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the courts and surrounding areas to ensure a safe playing environment
- Enforce facility rules and policies to promote respectful play and positive guest interactions
- Assist with event management for tournaments, clinics, or special pickleball events to enhance guest engagement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering guidance on game rules, and ensuring a memorable experienceRequirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle disputes professionally and calmly
- Experience working with children or in youth sports programs is a plus
- Lifeguard certification or lifeguard experience is desirable due to safety responsibilities around active courts
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements or providing instructions to guests
- Background in food service or hospitality environments beneficial for guest interactions and concessions management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings in a lively resort or recreational setting
