Title: Business Development & Partnerships Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing a robust network of partners who consistently refer business to us without the need for constant follow-up. The ideal candidate will take ownership from day one, ensuring our profiles and listings are live on all priority platforms, initiating a steady outreach cadence, and securing the first referral partners within the initial 90 days. Over the course of the first year, this individual will build a dependable base of contractors, building manufacturers, suppliers, and other businesses that regularly refer projects involving buildings, concrete, and spray foam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and maintain our presence on all priority platforms with up-to-date profiles and listings.
- Develop and execute a consistent weekly outreach strategy to engage potential partners.
- Identify, sign, and onboard referral partners who generate repeat business.
- Build and sustain a reliable network of contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and related businesses.
- Manage and utilize CRM tools diligently to track interactions and ensure no relationship goes cold.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as new partners activated monthly, partner-sourced leads, and repeat referral volumes.
- Represent the company professionally through phone, email, and in-person communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of building business networks or referral bases from scratch that resulted in real, repeat volume.
- Strong B2B outreach and relationship-building skills across multiple communication channels.
- Self-starter with the ability to create and implement systems independently without a predefined playbook.
- Proficient in managing CRM systems and maintaining disciplined follow-up routines.
- Comfortable setting up profiles, posting listings, and managing presence on lead platforms and marketplaces.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in construction, building materials, home services, solar, roofing, or related trades.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
