Overview
We are a sprayless facility seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to join our grow team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cannabis and possess a keen interest in plant care and maintenance. The Assistant will support various tasks related to the grow. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to the growth and success of our operations.
Duties
- Maintaining crops in accordance with SOPs
- Transplanting and Harvesting
- Extensive cleaning to ensure a flawless environment.
- Ability to move between multiple locations to assist in operations where needed.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Open availability is required as Harvest days are mandatory attendance days.
- Capability to lift heavy objects safely (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- 1-year experience in cannabis cultivation preferred
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis
- Ability to follow SOPs to
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Capability for heavy lifting and physical labor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
