Willow Glen Care Center is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the daily operations of Casa Del Rio, our residential behavioral health program serving adults living with serious and persistent mental illness in the Hanford area.

Position Summary
As the Facility Manager, you will oversee the overall operation of one of our licensed residential behavioral health facilities. You will provide leadership to staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate client services, and cultivate a positive, team-oriented workplace focused on exceptional client care.
This exempt leadership position also participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential program
- Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop staff
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain quality employees
- Manage employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and corrective action
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable licensing regulations
- Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment
Client Care & Program Oversight
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and referral coordination
- Ensure treatment plans and clinical documentation are completed accurately and timely
- Monitor client progress and quality of care
- Coordinate services with therapists, physicians, county representatives, and family members when appropriate
- Ensure medication documentation, reports, licensing requirements, and client records remain compliant
Compliance & Community Relations
- Maintain compliance with Title 22 licensing regulations and County requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison with county behavioral health agencies
- Participate in licensing visits, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Foster positive relationships with referral sources and community partners
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a closely related field preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience providing direct services to adults with serious mental illness
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience overseeing direct care staff
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A valid California driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, current personal auto insurance as required by law, and an MVR sufficient to obtain and reasonably maintain insurability under agency auto liability policies are all essential job requirements.

Requirements
Applicants must be able to:
- Obtain and maintain Community Care Licensing criminal background clearance
- Pass required post-offer drug screening and medical evaluation
- Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification
- Possess a valid California Driver's License
- Maintain reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
- Meet agency driving requirements for insurability

Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Standing, walking, sitting, and occasional stair climbing
- Lifting up to 25 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Frequent computer use and documentation
- Working within residential behavioral health environments that may include exposure to challenging client behaviors
