Your Role
- Evaluate clients’ financial situations and determine appropriate loan options.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, loan products, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their loan status and any required actions.
- Utilize LodaSoft and other software tools to manage client information and track loan progress.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-loan closing to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Qualifications
- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the mortgage industry is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a passion for success
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in using technology and CRM systems
