Seeking Restaurant Deep Cleaning Contractor
Niles Peacock Kitchen & Bar | Edmonds, WA
Niles Peacock Kitchen & Bar is seeking an experienced independent contractor to provide periodic deep cleaning services for our restaurant.
This is not an employee position. We are looking for a contractor who can perform thorough cleaning services once or twice per month, typically during off-hours when the restaurant is closed or operating at a lower volume.
Scope of Work
Deep cleaning tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Detailed floor cleaning, including corners and hard-to-reach areas
- Cleaning and detailing tables, chairs, booths, and seating surfaces
- Dusting and cleaning rafters, light fixtures, vents, and other elevated areas
- Cleaning walls, baseboards, trim, and windows as needed
- Deep cleaning restrooms
- Detailed cleaning of guest-facing areas
- Other periodic deep cleaning projects as identified
Qualifications
- Experience providing commercial, restaurant, janitorial, or facilities cleaning services
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to safely work on ladders and reach elevated areas
- Own transportation
- Ability to provide invoices for services rendered
- Ability to accept ACH payments
- Proof of insurance required
Schedule
- Approximately 1–2 visits per month
- Flexible scheduling
- Work should be performed outside of peak operating hours whenever possible
- Peak operating hours are generally between 4:00 PM and 8:00–9:00 PM
