Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their visit experience
- Handle cash and credit card payments, and perform basic math calculations with precision
- Assist in food preparation, food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen or café area
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Support food industry operations, including serving customers, food safety compliance, and food handling procedures
