- Mon through Thu: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (minimum 2 Saturdays per month required)

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years in a customer-facing or sales-driven role preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and having in-person sales conversations
- Confident communicator in person and over the phone
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be able to reliably commute to Matthews, NC before starting
- Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month

- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our CRM
- Convert leads into booked sessions and memberships
- Give engaging studio tours and present membership and retail options
- Handle objections and close sales with confidence and integrity
- Drive referrals and promote guest passes
Member Experience
- Deliver an outstanding first impression and ongoing member support
- Ensure members follow sauna safety protocols
- Respond quickly and professionally to member needs
Studio Operations
- Open and close the studio following standard procedures
- Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
- Restock supplies and support events and promotions
- Assist with social media engagement (posts, comments, DMs)
