Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient handling
- Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards in production, food handling, and meal preparation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of food service operations, including catering and serving processes
- Prior culinary experience demonstrating proficiency in food industry practices and kitchen experience
