You will start by mastering appliance delivery and installation while gaining the technical skills required to graduate into a high-paying career as a Certified Service Technician. ## What You’ll Learn & Do (Paid On-the-Job Training)
- The Trade: Learn to safely install and troubleshoot residential appliances from the world’s leading manufacturers.
- The Tech: Master creative problem-solving and technical diagnostics to figure out why a machine isn't working.
- The Drive: Gain professional experience operating and navigating a box truck safely.
- The Service: Develop top-tier interpersonal and customer service skills while working directly with clients in their homes.
## What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
- Experience: You have prior experience driving a box truck or large commercial vehicle (preferred).
- Physical Stamina: You genuinely enjoy physical work, working with your hands, and want a job where you practically "get paid to work out." You must be capable of maneuvering and lifting heavy appliances.
- Attitude: You are a reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment background screening and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
