Bar West is looking for energetic, personable, and hospitality-driven servers to join our team! We’re looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy creating great experiences for guests, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well as part of a team.
As a Server, you’ll be responsible for providing attentive and knowledgeable service, taking accurate orders, maintaining a clean and organized section, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive until they leave.
What we’re looking for:
* Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
* Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and dependable
* Knowledge of food, cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
