The part Time Elementary School Coach is responsible for leading age- appropriate sports, fitness, and recreational activities for elementary students in a Christ-centered environment
The coach will promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportmanship, character development, and positive relationship while supporting the mission and values of the school.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Plan and lead engaging sports and physical activity programs for elementary age students.
* Teach fundamental athletic skills, teamwork, and sportmanship.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during practices, games, and activitives.
* Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all participants.
* Serve as a Christian role model through words, actions, and interactions with students.
* Maintain equipment and activity areas in a safe and organized condition.
* Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students regarding schedules and expectations.
* Support school events, atheletic programs, and other activities as assigned.
Pay: $25.78 - $26.00 per hour
