Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right vaping device and juice for their needs.
- Provide expert advice on the products we carry to help customers make informed decisions
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and retail transactions
- Maintain organized displays and stock shelves with products.
- Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and merchandise replenishment
- Answer customer inquiries via phone communication and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist with issues pertaining to devices we carry, and general troubleshooting.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service within a vape or hemp store, or general retail environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness
