Golden Child ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Ellicott City, Maryland.

Schedule
- 20 hours per week
- Consistent schedule every week
Pay
$27–$33 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record session data
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team
- Support children in developing meaningful skills through engaging and positive interactions
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, caring, and dependable
- Ability to pass a background check
