Earth Home Eco-Cleaning is looking for Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our team for the long term.
We've been serving the Boise area for 16 years, and we're a small, established company that believes taking care of our employees is just as important as taking care of our clients.

What You'll Do
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll visit residential homes throughout the Boise area and provide professional, detailed cleaning using our 100% plant-based cleaning products.
You'll:
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and more
- Follow our proven cleaning systems and checklists
- Work independently and with other team members
- Communicate professionally with clients and your team
- Care for and properly use company-provided equipment
- Travel between homes using your own reliable vehicle
- Take pride in leaving each home better than you found it
Don't have professional cleaning experience? That's okay.
We provide the equipment, supplies, training, and systems you'll need to learn the job. What we can't teach as easily is reliability, a good attitude, attention to detail, and pride in your work.

Professional cleaning experience is a bonus, but it's not required.

The Must-Haves
Because you'll be traveling between clients' homes and working with professional cleaning equipment, there are a few non-negotiables:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must have a reliable, smoke-free vehicle with current auto insurance
- Must be comfortable driving throughout the Boise area
- Must have a reliable smartphone with enough storage for required work apps
- Must have space at home to store company equipment and wash cleaning towels
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and repetitive movement
- Must complete our required background check and drug screening
