Boutique Home Health Agency | PRN / As-Needed | Per-Assessment Pay | Direct Deposit
We are a small, boutique home health agency looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on an as-needed/PRN basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who wants flexibility and the ability to accept visits as needed, without committing to a full-time schedule.
Position Responsibilities
The RN will primarily be responsible for:
- Completing new patient admissions/sign-ons in the patient's home
- Conducting patient reassessments as needed
- Performing thorough nursing assessments and documenting findings
- Communicating relevant patient information and changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team
- Completing required paperwork and documentation promptly and accurately
- Maintaining professional communication with patients, families, and the agency
Most visits are straightforward and typically take no more than approximately one hour.
Schedule & Compensation
- PRN / As-needed basis
- No guaranteed minimum number of visits
- Visits are offered based on agency needs and your availability
- Paid per completed assessment/admission
- Direct deposit
- Flexible opportunity that can work well for an RN seeking supplemental income or a less traditional schedule
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Home health experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
- Reliable, organized, and responsive
- Comfortable independently visiting patients in their homes
- Ability to complete and submit documentation promptly
- Professional and compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable transportation
