Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across various surfaces and areas, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Utilize cleaning equipment and detergents properly to maintain equipment longevity and ensure optimal cleaning results.
- Maintain organized cleaning schedules using time management skills to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with outdoor work is needed, including trash removal or outdoor surface cleaning to uphold overall property appearance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper manual handling procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and clarity of expectations.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or outdoor maintenance is required.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently.
