Charge Nurse (LPN) – Join Our Team!
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Charge Nurse at our facility This role is perfect for an LPN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a difference in residents’ daily lives.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing and overseeing quality nursing care for residents
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and floor staff
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring residents’ health and reporting changes to the care team
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Promoting a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment
Qualifications:
- Current PA LPN license
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar setting preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and handle multiple priorities
