Responsibilities:
- Perform In-Home sales demonstrations.
- Ensure accurate-true cost estimates on residential HVAC system replacements and new installations.
- Identify opportunities for customer savings or improved value by proposing value engineering options for customers.
- Generate referrals from completed jobs.
- Assisting with financing approvals and having budget conversations with homeowners.
- Consistent follow-up and relationship management with all existing and potential customers.
Preferred Experience:
- 1 or more years selling residential HVAC Systems
- Proven track record with in home sales in the HVAC industry
- Detailed knowledge of residential HVAC Systems
- HIS or CSLB License
