As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers, helping them explore AT&T wireless and internet solutions while building valuable communication, sales, and customer service skills. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working in a team-oriented environment, and being rewarded for their effort and development.
What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate:
- Meet with customers directly to discuss AT&T wireless and internet services
- Learn customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle and goals
- Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options
- Assist with new enrollments and account setup processes
- Build positive relationships through professional and personalized customer interactions
- Help create a strong customer experience from initial conversation through enrollment
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
