Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join a successful consumer bankruptcy practice (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, debtor-side only).
Responsibilities:
- Meet with current and prospective clients to receive and review paperwork.
- Respond to client inquiries and questions by phone and email.
- Prepare schedules, plan modifications, and similar filings.
- Manage Chapter 13 dockets and prepare drafts of required motions.
Requirements: Prior experience as a bankruptcy paralegal is a must.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
