What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Create meaningful connections with customers and make them feel at home.
- Learn our menu and confidently make recommendations.
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Package pastries and bakery items beautifully.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining exceptional hospitality.
- Help create an atmosphere guests want to return to again and again.

Previous barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but an exceptional personality is even more important. We can teach coffee—we can't teach someone to genuinely love people.
Schedule
- 35–40 hours per week
- Weekend availability is required.
- Morning and afternoon shifts.
