Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Counselors specializing in Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management, to diverse populations across outpatient and inpatient settings. Duties
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
- Deliver specialized services including child & family counseling, grief counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, behavioral management, and gender issues counseling.
- Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management techniques and crisis intervention protocols to ensure client safety.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts to coordinate care for individuals with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, chronic pain conditions, or developmental disabilities.
- Participate in clinical research projects and data collection initiatives to support continuous improvement of treatment modalities and outcomes.
Skills
- Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychopharmacology.
- Strong working knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Expertise in crisis intervention techniques, crisis management strategies, and behavior management plans.
- Skilled in working with children, adolescents, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges within outpatient or inpatient settings.
- Excellent communication skills for intake assessments, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions and medical documentation procedures compliant with HIPAA standards.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
