QC Proofreaders for JSM’s DP Group will support time-sensitive proofreading requests in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating high attention to detail and a focus on client satisfaction.
Proofread client’s complex mail documents word for word against originals, including letter copy, graphics, color to color and other media assets to ensure accuracy of variably changing letter copy.

Organize and document job info to place on Quality table
Ensure that the content of the document is accurate, clear, and complete.
Track and document errors
Log completed job/letter copy into Jet
Deliver marked up copy to Content Developer
Work with Quality Supervisor on issues
Assist in setting in-design for the Content Developer
Assist in setting the WFD program to align text and images
May provide off-hours support when necessary.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
