Schedule: PT or FT Monday – Saturday availability
Job Summary: Steamboat's premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate. While experience is preferred, no hot tub experience is required as we provide top-of-the-line training, and we want to teach you! We offer long-term opportunities for career advancement. Successful candidates should have superb customer service skills, effective communication and skill in resolving customer concerns and complaints. This role plays a critical frontline function, serving as AVS’s first impression for customers.

Located in Steamboat Springs or surrounding areas including the Front Range
Responsibilities:

Counter sales of hot tub chemicals, filters, parts, and accessories

Customer support in-store for post-service follow-up, customer service, and work order creation

Receiving and entering water samples into our water testing machine. Understand and explain water chemistry to customers

Creation and maintenance of daily sheets and reset route sheets when needed

Quote creation, communication, and sales of hot tub covers

Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness

Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
