- Are you comfortable using hand/power tools and performing precise quality checks?
- Perform wiring, soldering, electrical testing, and sub-assembly for medical devices in a climate- and particulate-controlled area.
- Adhere to ESD protocols and ISO Class 5 cleanroom standards when assigned to cleanroom operations.
- Use precision torque tools and documented electrical assembly procedures.
- Carry out mechanical final assembly and subassemblies on an assembly line as production needs shift.
- Verify parts and, as needed, audit fellow assemblers’ work to meet quality requirements.
- Follow all safety rules, wear PPE correctly, and support a culture of safety.
- Troubleshoot equipment and assembly issues.
- Keep a disciplined 6S workstation through consistent housekeeping.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 1 year of electrical assembly experience.
- Ability to read/interpret mechanical drawings.
- Skilled with hand and power tools; diligent about quality checks.
- Frequent tool use; assembling very small components.
- Able to read and follow directions.
- Close and color vision; reading; lift up to 50 lbs.
- Progress to Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Levels Two and Three with formal training and certification.
- Each level requires: a minimum of six months of training, Team Lead approval, and completion of prior certifications.
- First Shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
- Second Shift: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
- Pay: $22–$25/hour
