Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Service Providers. As a Direct Service Provider, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with various needs, including working with people with developmental disabilities, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). Duties: - Assist individuals with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities - Implement behavior support plans and assist with behavior management - Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines - Maintain accurate documentation of services provided - Ensure a clean and safe environment for individuals in your care - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals Experience: - Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred - Knowledge of ADLs and experience providing personal care assistance - Familiarity with systems and techniques for working with people with developmental disabilites - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with diverse needs.
