Join a fast-moving AI transformation effort as an AI Enablement & Adoption Coordinator supporting learning, engagement, and adoption across a large global workforce. In this hands-on contract role, you’ll help manage the day-to-day operations that keep AI training programs, events, and champion communities running smoothly.
- Administer and maintain the AI learning platform, including content uploads, course assignments, badge tracking, and access support.
- Coordinate learning content related to AI tools, responsible use, and AI guiding principles.
- Plan and support AI learning events, including scheduling, communication, registration tracking, and post-event follow-up.
- Help manage the AI Champions network by onboarding new members, coordinating outreach, and tracking participation across teams.
- Monitor learning progress, badge completion, and adoption metrics to support reporting for leadership updates.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on communications and rollout logistics for AI learning and adoption initiatives.
- Experience administering an LMS or similar learning platform.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating programs, events, or communities.
- Clear, professional written communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
- Interest in AI tools, learning adoption, and organizational change.
- Experience supporting ambassador, champion, or peer advocate programs.
- Reporting or dashboard experience using tools such as Excel or SharePoint.
- Background supporting internal communications or operational rollout activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt quickly to evolving needs.
