Wrecker/Flat Bed Drivers (CDL NOT Required)
Wrecker/Flat Bed Driver Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to accidents, break-downs, and other roadside incidents.
- Stay in contact with dispatch when you are en route.
- Perform basic repairs or tow their vehicle to a garage.
- Safely load cars onto the back of your truck.
- Keep your truck clean and in good condition.
Wrecker/Flat Bed Driver Requirements and Qualifications
- CDL NOT required.
- At least some tow truck driving experience.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Attention to detail when documenting work.
- Physical strength and stamina.
CDL DRIVERS
CDL (CLASS A) Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
- Willing to train with some prior experience.
- Transport vehicles to and from specified locations.
- Visual inspections need to be preformed.
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Document and log all work done and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
- Collect and verify delivery instructions.
- Report defects, accidents or violations.
CDL Driver Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a truck driver.
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS).
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
- No recent moving or driving violations.
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc).
- Valid Commercial Drivers License and medical card.
Night Shift Tow Truck Operator (CDL NOT required).
Night Shift Tow Truck Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to accidents, break-downs, and other roadside incidents.
- Create records of service for customers and company accounting purposes.
- Stay in contact with dispatch when you are en route.
- Perform basic repairs or tow their vehicle to a garage.
- Safely load cars onto the back of your truck.
- Keep your truck clean and in good condition.
Tow Truck Operator Requirements and Qualifications
- At least some tow truck driving experience.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Attention to detail when documenting work.
- Physical strength and stamina
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
