We’re hiring an A/B Level Automotive Technician to join our high-volume, fast-paced shop in Centreville.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who can diagnose, repair, and move efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.
PAY STRUCTURE
- Guaranteed Pay: $800–$1,000/week (based on experience)
- Performance-Based Earnings: Unlimited upside for productive techs
- High performers will earn well above guarantee
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Diagnose drivability and electrical issues
- Perform repairs efficiently and correctly the first time
- Complete inspections and identify needed work
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized work area

- A/B Level technician with strong diagnostic ability
- Solid understanding of modern vehicles (domestic & import)
- Strong work ethic – shows up ready to produce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Own tools required
