The Armor Group is looking for experienced welders to join our growing team in Mason, Ohio. If you take pride in quality workmanship and value safety, we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
- MIG and/or TIG welding experience (Mild Steel and/or Aluminum)
- Ability to read blueprints and weld to spec
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude
- Lives within a 30-minute commute of our Mason office
- Work history with dependable performance
Responsibilities include:
- MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, aluminum and stainless
- Square up and weld various components
- Able to assemble components to fixtures and weld
- Additional items as assigned by manager
COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Strong welding skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Time management skills
- Must own tools for daily tasks
- Welding training/education
- Able to meet the following Certifications requirements: Military, MIG (GMAW) Plate, TIG (GTAW) Plate or Aluminum MIG (GMAW).
EQUIPMENT USED
Welders, grinders, sanders, fork truck, various lift assist devices
WORKING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
Work will be performed on the Manufacturing Floor. Some lifting, climbing and kneeling are required.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
