Job Description –
- Review and release new orders throughout the day based on start ship dates and delivery dates.
- Receive and expedite purchases orders.
- Receive purchase orders via email.
- Receive purchase orders on various systems and acknowledge, export, and import into appropriate system for processing.
- Generate carton labels, shipping labels, UPC labels, ASIN labels, bill of ladings, pick tickets, packings slip, commercial invoices, coversheets for ship window runs, spreadsheets for ship window runs, and all other types of labels and documents that are applicable upon customer request or projects.
- Creating shipments on retail systems.
- Ability to handle new customer requests based on ongoing projects.
- Performing data entry for outbound shipments including planned ship date, actual ship date, and load details.
- Responsible for managing respective customer accounts and retail accounts.
- Ensure that all orders are being handled in time sensitive manner.
- Review vendor routing guides the ensure that outbound shipments are compliant and devoid of chargeback issues.
- Review and maintain client email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, acknowledging email receipt and researching open issues as needed; maintain positive customer relationship.
- Handling all processes for E-Commerce, B2B, 3P, 1P, Drop Ship and Direct Consumer orders.
- Knowledgeable in ERP, EDI, ARP, and SAP systems.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, email providers, Google Share Driver, Docs, Sheets, UPS website, FedEx Website, Worldship, and One Drive.
- Knowledgeable in keyboard shortcuts, and formulas.
- Proficient in item set ups, and inventory control.
- Enter manual orders for outbound shipments and perform shipment tracking.
- Enter manual receipts for inbound shipments and perform shipment.
- Route all retail orders through appropriate system.
- Send ASNs through appropriate system.
- Work with trucking companies and schedule FTL/LTL shipments based on amount of freight on order.
- Work with drayage trucking companies to schedule inbound drop or live load appointments.
- Schedule/request delivery and pick up appointments.
- Maintain closing orders and confirming receipts.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules, procedures, and company policies.
- Time management skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude while upholding mutual respect for all.
