Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to ensure hygienic environments.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with light household chores such as organizing clutter or restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning products.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and reaching overhead.
- Experience with laundry processes and handling various cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
