About the Position
Willowbrook Tailoring is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position working approximately 28-30 hours per week in a professional, customer-oriented tailoring shop.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers. Previous retail, customer service, or tailoring experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Approximately 33 hours per week
Pay
$16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Accept and write up alteration orders
- Assist customers with garment drop-offs and pick-ups
- Keep customer orders organized
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Coordinate with tailors regarding customer orders
- Assist with general day-to-day shop needs
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional personality

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail, customer service, tailoring, or alterations experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn
