Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests during AM or PM shifts, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Set up and prepare dining areas, including table arrangements and beverage stations, to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Serve food, beverages, with attention to presentation and guest preferences
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
- Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols at all times
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service environment preferred; culinary or banquet experience is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of beverage service, including wine and drink pairing basics; bartending experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions
- Experience in fine dining or catering environments is beneficial; knowledge of food handling and food preparation standards is essential
