This position combines patient care, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with patients while also providing leadership and support to a team of 9 employees.
Office Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Applicants must be available to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of 9 employees
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Ensure compliance with office policies and healthcare standards
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to staff members
- Assist with patient intake, medical histories, vital signs, and other clinical duties as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available
- Address patient concerns professionally and compassionately
- Participate in specialized clinical training programs, including ultrasound training
- Foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment
Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting
- Experience training and mentoring staff
- Interest in developing a long-term career in healthcare
- Additional healthcare certifications

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
