We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeping professional to oversee daily cleaning operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for coordinating housekeeping activities, supporting team performance, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation across assigned areas.
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff in daily cleaning and service tasks.
- Assign work schedules, prioritize tasks, and help ensure coverage for all required areas.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to verify cleanliness and quality standards.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job support to team members as needed.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Help train new team members on procedures, safety practices, and service expectations.
- Address guest, resident, or client concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily operations.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good working condition.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience, including some lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
