Capitol Bridge, Isabela Puerto Rico, is currently seeking an onsite Case Manager to join our growing team in Isabela, PR supporting the IDRE Project. This is a full-time position.

Location: Isabela, PR (on-site)
Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
Hours of Operation may vary with daylight saving and/or OT.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage cases from initial intake through final review, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements.
Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies related to eligibility determinations, documentation, and financial records.
Maintain accurate and organized case files, including client information, application materials, correspondence, and payment data.
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation in accordance with contract, program, or agency requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, case management, financial, or office-based roles preferred.
