Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any technical issues that arise. This role requires a strong understanding of various systems, including HVAC/R, electrical, and hydraulics. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety within our facility.
Scheduled Time
- Rotating scheduled : 12h shift 2/3
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including high voltage components.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment functionality.
- Read and interpret schematics to guide repair processes effectively.
- Weld components as necessary to ensure structural integrity.
- Provide field service support for equipment installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Krane maintenance, stamping presses, and robotics.
- Strong knowledge of PLC.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for diagnostics.
- Experience with welding techniques is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with field service operations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in maintenance practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $33.00 per hour
