Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and organized Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. This role prepares the ingredients and components that allow the kitchen to perform at its best. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs in a creative, disciplined environment focused on quality and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes according to recipes and standards.
- Label, date, and store all items properly to maintain quality and rotation.
- Maintain a clean and efficient prep station.
- Assist with deliveries, inventory, and daily prep lists.
- Support the line during peak hours as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience is preferred.
- Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen organization.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
