What You’ll Do
- Help customers find vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Deliver a transparent, respectful, and pressure-free buying experience
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory and financing programs
- Represent the dealership with professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and beyond
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Organized, dependable, and team-focused
- Ability to build trust and connect with customers from all backgrounds
- Valid driver’s license required
