About the Role
This is not your typical hygiene position.
Our hygienists take the lead on appointments—guiding patient conversations, educating on oral-systemic health, and helping drive treatment decisions. We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and ready to play a key role in patient care.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Nebraska Dental Hygienist license
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Confidence in leading appointments and patient discussions
- Team-oriented with a high level of accountability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in biological/functional dentistry (or willingness to learn)
