Beertender – The Growler Guys (Klamath Falls, OR)
Part-Time | $15.05/hr + Tips
The Growler Guys in Klamath Falls is seeking part-time Beertenders to join our team immediately. This is a counter service role that includes pouring beer, food preparation, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for high-energy, outgoing, and reliable individuals who are excited about craft beverages and enjoy working with people.
As a Beertender, you’ll be responsible for serving beer, cider, kombucha, and CBD drinks, filling growlers and crowlers, changing kegs, preparing food, bussing tables, and keeping the service area clean. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about and share knowledge of craft beverages with customers. This position requires strong multitasking skills, a great attitude, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and efficient counter service to all guests
- Pouring beverages and handling growler/crowler fills
- Changing kegs and managing tap cleanliness
- Preparing and serving food items according to safety guidelines
- Cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining an organized work area
- Learning and communicating beverage knowledge to customers
- Following OLCC and food safety regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid OLCC Server’s Permit and Oregon Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in food or beverage service is a plus
- Interest in or knowledge of craft beer is helpful but not required
Compensation:
Starting at $15.05 per hour plus tips
