$150,000–$250,000 per year (Expected Annual Earnings, based on Productivity)

Your Role
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Full Circle Psychiatry and Mental Health, you will provide outpatient psychiatric care, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment. You will collaborate with our clinical team to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care while exercising sound clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients.
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders.
- Provide follow-up appointments and ongoing medication management for established patients.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership, support staff, and therapists.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Full-time schedule consists of 32 patient-facing hours per week; part-time opportunities are also available.
Compensation
Compensation is based on a 60/40 revenue split. Providers are engaged as independent 1099 contractors, with the provider receiving 60% of collected revenue and the practice receiving 40%.
Providers enjoy a flexible schedule within the clinic's operating hours. A full-time schedule consists of 32 patient-facing hours per week. Time off is flexible.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
