Blessed Trinity Academy is one of eight schools in the North Hills Regional Elementary
Schools. Blessed Trinity Academy educates the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—through a
strong academic program grounded in Catholic values. The school strives to create a safe and
supportive environment where diversity is respected, service is emphasized, and students are
guided to live out Gospel values in their daily lives. Through collaboration with families and the
community, the academy prepares students to succeed academically while growing in faith,
integrity, and social responsibility. It serves grades pre-K-8 on its campus.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with
curriculum standards.
- Foster students' academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming classroom environment.
- Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and activities.
- Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents and school
administration.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support the mission of the school and to
support student success.
- Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily classroom activities.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development
opportunities.
- Maintain accurate student records and classroom management procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a
related field.
- Valid PA teaching certification/license
- Experience teaching young children is preferred.
- Practicing Catholic preferred (or willingness to support and uphold the Catholic
mission of the school).
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to creating a faith-centered learning environment.
