Active Washington State Cosmetology License — required at time of hire.
The Opportunity
You’ll work alongside an experienced stylist specializing in luxury blonding, balayage, color correction, and premium hand-tied extensions.
The position combines hands-on salon experience, assisting with services and guest care, and paid professional training designed to strengthen your skills.
As you demonstrate skill, consistency, initiative, and readiness, your opportunities behind the chair expand—including performing additional services and developing your own clientele.
This is for someone who doesn’t just want salon experience. They want to become the kind of stylist clients trust, request, and come back to.

Compensation & Opportunity
$18.00 + per hour, based on experience

Requirements
- Active Washington State Cosmetology License — required at time of hire
