Frank Leta Honda is seeking a proven Automotive Finance Director to lead an already successful Finance Department and help take it to the next level.
This opportunity became available due to an internal promotion, creating a rare opening within one of the most respected automotive organizations in the region.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Development
- Recruit, coach, and develop Finance Managers
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development planning
- Partner with dealership leadership to strengthen the customer experience and overall dealership performance
Performance & Operations
- Oversee all aspects of dealership financing and lender relationships
- Maintain strong partnerships with prime, near-prime, and subprime lenders
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Monitor department performance and implement strategies for continued growth and improvement
- Lead efforts to achieve industry-leading profitability and product penetration
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a transparent, professional, and value-driven ownership experience
- Help customers protect their investment through products and services that enhance vehicle ownership
- Support dealership initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Automotive F&I success
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others
- Strong lender, compliance, and operational knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Finance Director experience
- Experience leading multiple Finance Managers
- Demonstrated ability to improve department performance through coaching, training, and accountability
