We are seeking an experienced Director of Recovery to provide executive leadership across our network of recovery centers. This role is ideal for a driven healthcare leader committed to expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based addiction and recovery services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and strategic direction across multiple recovery center locations
- Lead, mentor, and support site directors and clinical teams
- Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and accreditation standards are met at all sites
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Monitor patient outcomes, census, and key performance indicators
- Cultivate relationships with community partners, referral sources, and payers
- Drive quality improvement and adherence to best practices in addiction medicine
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership in behavioral health or addiction treatment, including direct experience overseeing multiple recovery centers (preferred)
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LCADC, or equivalent clinical credential (preferred)
- Certification in drug and alcohol addiction counseling — CADC, CAADC, NAADAC, or equivalent — strongly preferred
- Knowledge of SAMHSA guidelines, HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare, and state licensing requirements
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-site budgets
