**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Installation Technician to join our team! We are a leading Telecommunications Provider in Colorado with a solid history of providing internet and telephone service throughout Glenwood Springs and surrounds areas!
Essential job functions:
-Install Wireless Telecommunications for both Residential and Commercial customers regarding telephone and internet service. Installations to include, but not limited to, installing wireless equipment, running and pulling cable, programming, alignment and configuring equipment while adhering to codes, regulations and standards.
-Respond courteously and intelligently to customers trouble tickets for service calls. Must troubleshoot and repair customer's phone and internet issues regarding their wireless connections.
-Assist with repair and installation of infrastructure to include installation and repair of equipment at tower sites.
-Actively listen to and document the customer's needs and provide solutions to their questions and/or problems.
Skills Required:
-Extensive knowledge of MAC and PC Software and good basic knowledge of wireless networking and telecommunications. Also must have extensive knowledge and experience with Cambium, Ceragon and Tarana equipment.
-Must have basic knowledge of building construction and not be afraid of heights.
-Must have Valid Colorado Driver's License and good driving record.
-Previous Tower Climbing Experience beneficial.
